Our esteemed Mr Bongani Khanyile was honored on Friday the 18 Aug at the NRCS, for his contribution to the National Regulator, during this almost 20-year tenure. With Tributes from his colleagues. Mr Thomas Madzivhe acting as the official representative for the CEO of the NRCS regaled the audience with messages from when he met Mr Khanyile. The event was well attended and included various sectors including a representative from Nehawu and ASC partners Inspexion.
The event was held as the farewell for Mr Bongani Khanyile leaving the NRCS, but as highlighted in his speech his future endeavor is to build ASC the same way he built the NRCS. ASC as a Product Certification ISO-accredited body is looking forward to working closely with the Regulator, by providing services and specialties in line with consumer protection throughout Southern Africa.
